Shipping policy – Talisment

Talisment provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.
All orders from the USA and the rest of the world will be shipped via; either SF Express International or FedEx. Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days (during peak periods, it can take up to 7 working days.) depending on the customs clearance. Once your parcel has been sent out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number, so that you’ll be able to track the status of your parcel. In the event of exceptions due to certain zones and customs rules, you will be informed and are not obliged to proceed. A cancellation and full refund will then be in order.
Customers are liable to pay for inbound taxes or duties from their local customs. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact number of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
Orders received after 08:00 (Los Angeles Time, GMT – 8) will only be processed the following day. All orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
For all returns and exchanges, customers must email our customer service within 15 days from the date of receipt, and prior to mailing out the return parcel. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of request. Please include your order number and watch model to facilitate the waiting process.
